Our
history
Kessler Family Wellness was founded by Dr. William Kessler and his wife, Lark Kessler, with a vision to create a care center where patients could receive high-quality chiropractic, rehabilitation, and wellness support under one roof. What started as a commitment to helping people move better and recover stronger has grown into a trusted Orange County practice serving athletes, fighters, active families, and patients from all walks of life.
For over 20 years, Dr. Kessler has built his reputation around hands-on care, sports injury recovery, and educating patients on the fundamentals of long-term wellness. Alongside Lark’s leadership as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager, Kessler Family Wellness has continued to evolve while staying rooted in the same mission: helping every patient recover with confidence, improve how their body functions, and get back to living life with strength, movement, and purpose.
Today, Kessler Family Wellness is also home to OC Fight Docs, a specialized extension of the practice focused on injury recovery, fight camp support, and performance care for athletes and fighters. Together, Kessler Family Wellness and OC Fight Docs represent the next chapter of the Kessler legacy, combining experience, innovation, and patient-centered care to support recovery, performance, and lifelong wellness.
